脑转移瘤42例临床分析

目的探讨脑转移瘤临床特点、诊断、治疗方法和预后.方法回顾性分析42例脑转移瘤的临床资料,单纯手术治疗10例,手术加放化疗28例,只作一般对症治疗4例.结果无围手术期死亡病例,平均生存期单纯手术者6个月,手术加放化疗者14个月,一般对症治疗者＜3个月.结论对原发肿瘤较小、脑转移瘤为单发、有颅内高压表现、病人一般情况良好者,宜积极手术治疗,术后加放化疗能延长患者的生存期.

The Clinical Analysis of 42 Patients of Brain Metastases

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristic, diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of brain metastases.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 42 patients with brain metastases, 10patients received surgery alone, 28 patients received surgery plus radiotherapy plus chemotherapy,4 patients received general treatment.Results No one died in the perioperative period. The mean survival time of the patients who received surgery alone was 6 months, surgery plus radiotherapy plus chemotherapy was 14 months, general treatment was less than 3 months.Conclusion The patients who had small primary tumours, single brain metastases,increased intracranial pressure and good conditions should be treated surgically,after operation plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy could lengthen their lifetime.
