规范工作流程有效缓解ICU护士心理压力

目的通过规范流程,规范护士行为,减轻护士的压力,提高工作效率及生活质量,保证工作质量。方法对本院36名ICU护士采用问卷调查。结果通过规范各项操作及工作流程,护士工作有章可循,工作更有计划,当班工作完成的质量更好,减少护理缺陷的发生,人际关系得到缓解,护士凝聚力提高,减轻工作压力,护士愿意留在ICU工作。

Objective Through standardize the technological process and nurse's behavior that will reduces nurse's pressure,enhances the working efficiency and the quality of life,and guarantee work quality.Method Uses the questionnaire survey to this hospital 36 ICU nurses.Results Through standard each operation and the work flow,the nurse works has a legal basis,the work has the plan,is on duty the completion of work quality to be better,and reduces the nursing flaw the occurrence,the interpersonal relationship is improved,the nurse cohesive force enhances,reduces the working pressure,the nurse is willing to keep the ICU work.Conclusion The standard work flow to nurses the work to be very important,that may enhance nurse's working efficiency,reduces the nursing complication the occurrence and reduces the nurse pressure.
