2型糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素水平与红细胞膜ATP酶活性的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨了2型糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素水平与红细胞膜Na^+·K^+-ATP酶和Ca^+2·Mg^+2-ATP酶活性的改变参与了2型糖尿病肾病发生的可能机制。方法:应用放射免疫分析和Reilnila制膜法测定了45例2型糖尿病无肾病组和31例2型糖尿病肾病组患者血清脂联素水平和红细胞膜Na^+·K^+-ATP酶及Ca^+2·Mg^+2-ATP酶含量,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果:2型糖尿病患者无论有无肾病组其血清脂联素水平均非常显著地低于正常人组(P〈0.01),红细胞膜Na^+·K^+-ATP酶和Ca^+2·Mg^+2-ATP酶含量也显著地低于正常人组(P〈0.01)。2型糖尿病肾病组与无肾病组亦有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病的发生与发展与血清脂联素水平与红细胞膜Na^+·K^+-ATP酶及Ca^+2·Mg^+2-ATP酶的活性有密切的关系。

Abstract:Objective To explore the possible mechanism of development nephrosis as related to changes of serum adiponectin levels and alteration of activities of Na^+·K^+ - ATPase and Ca^+2·Mg^+2 - ATPase of erythrocyte membranee in patients with 2-type diabetes. Methods Serum adiponectin levels (with R/A) and erthyrote membrance (prepared with Reilnila method) Na^+·K^+- ATPase and Ca^+2·Mg^+2- ATPase activity were determined in 45 DM2 patients without nephropathy, 31 DM2 patients with nephrophathy and 30 controls. Results Serum adiponectin levels in the diabetic patients were significantly lower than those in controls (P〈0. 01), while the Na^+·K^+-ATPase and Ca^+2·Mg^+2 -ATPase activities were also significantly lower than those in controls (P〈0.01). Among the diabetics, the readings were significantly lower in patients with nephropathy than those in patients without nephropathy (P〈0.05). Conclusion The development of 2 - type diabetes nephrosis is might be correlated to the low adiponectin levels and decreased of Na^+·K^+ -ATPase and Ca^+2·Mg^+2 -ATPase activities of ervthrocyte membrance.
