| 摘 要： | 目的探讨区域性门脉高压症（RPH）的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析8例RPH的临床表现、病因、诊断和治疗方式。结果RPH主要病因为慢性胰腺炎、假性囊肿和胰体尾肿瘤等。8例中有7例出现上消化道出血，8例均有脾功能亢进的表现。8例均行脾切除手术，其中2例加行贲门周围血管离断术。结论诊断区域性门静脉高压症并不困难，对原发病灶治疗同时加脾切除疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and management of regional portal hypertension（RPH）. Methods The clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods and therapeutic modalities of 8 cases of regional portal hypertension were analyzed retrospectively. Results The primary pathogenies of RPH were chronic pancreatitis, pseudo cyst and tumour located at pancreatic body and tail. 7 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, hypersplenia were accompanied in all 8 cases. Splenectomy were performed in 8 cases, ex tensive devascularization around the cardia performed in 2 cases. Conclusion It is not difficult to diagnose regional portal hypertension. Splenectomy is recommended for primary lesion. |
