128层CT冠状动脉成像对冠状动脉变异的诊断价值

目的:探讨128层CT对冠状动脉变异的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院行冠状动脉CTA检查后发现的69例冠状动脉变异患者的图像,对所有图像分别行VR、MPR、MIP和CPR等,观察冠状动脉开口、起源、走行、分布及与周围血管的关系。结果:所有受检者中共发现存在冠状动脉变异69例(82处),右冠状动脉高位开口2例,其中起源变异共32例,走行异常42例,终止异常2例,发育不良或未发育6例。结论:128层CT冠状动脉成像可清晰显示冠状动脉起源、行程及终止的异常,从而为临床提供高质量的影像诊断。

Value of 128 slice spiral CT of CTA in diagnosis of coronary artery anomalies

Objective：To discuss the value of 128 slice spiral CT for evaluation of coronary artery anomalies. Methods：Images of 69 patients with coronary artery anomalies were analyzed retrospectively, and underwent VR, MPR, MIP and CPR. The coronary artery originations, contorts,distribution and the relationship between coronary artery and around vessels were obeserved. Results： The coronary anomalous originations included 2 cases of right coronary artery with high location,3 cases from the left coronary sinus, 3 cases combined with intramural coronary artery, 13 cases of right accessory coronary artery, and 4 cases of left main coronary artery with high location, 5 cases with agenesis, 2 cases of left circumflex branch from the right coronary sinus. 42 cases were observed distribution abnormal of myocardial bridge,2 cases termination abnormal of coronary sinus,6 cases dysplasia of coronary atery. Conclusion： 128 slice MSCT coronary artery imaging can clearly show the anomalous origin, abnormal distribution and termination, provide the high quality imaging diagnosis.
