149例精神分裂症患者护士用住院病人观察量表的测评分析

目的：学习护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）的使用，同时对影响该量表评定结果的相关因素进行分析，探讨使用NOSIE对急性精神分裂症发作经治疗后缓解（以下简称急性组）、慢性精神分裂症（以下简称慢性组）患者评定结果之问的差异。方法：三名高年资护师经培训，在取得较高一致性后，对149例精神分裂症患者进行NOSIE评定，通过相关分析，探讨年龄、病程、首发年龄、受教育年限、婚姻、家族史对NOSIE评定结果的影响，并对急、慢性精神分裂症患者的评定结果进行比较。结果：年龄、病程与病情总估计、总积极因素呈显著负相关，受教育年限与其呈显著正相关；各因子分比较，慢性组患者的社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁、抑郁因子分及总积极因素均显著低于急性组患者，前者的激惹、精神病性表现、迟缓、总消极因素、病情总估计显著高于后者，而迟缓因子分和病情总估计两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：NOSIE是一种易于掌握的护理人员测评量表，其影响评定结果的因素也是多方面的；急性组的总积极因素高于慢性组。

The evaluating analysis on 149 schizophrenic patients by Nurses' Observation Scale For Inpatient Evaluation

Objective:To learn the usage of Nurses' Observation Scale For Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE) and to analyse the factors which influence the evaluating results.To explore the difference of evaluating results between acute schizophrenic patients(acute group) and chronic schizophrenic patients(chronic group).Methods:149 schizophrenic patients were evaluated by three senior nurses with NOSIE.To explore the influences on the NOSIE evaluating results by ages,course of diseases,ages of the first outbreak,years of education,marrage,family history and compare the evaluating results between two groups.Results: There were significant negative correlated among ages,course of diseases and estimation of diseases,total positive factors;years of education were significantly positive correlated to them.The scores of social competence,social representation,personal neatness,depression and total positive factors in chronic group were lower than that in acute group;The scores of irritability,manifest psychosis,retardation,total negative factors,and total estimation of diseases in fomer were significantly higher than that in later.There are no different of retardatiort,total estimation of diseases between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: NOSIE is a kind of nurses' evaluating scale that to be prone to leash;the factors that influence the evaluating results are multiple.The scores of total postive factors in acute group are higher that in chronic group.
