摘 要: | 目的开发简单、快速、经济及灵敏度高的测定盐酸吡格列酮片含量的方法学。方法使用HPLC法,采用甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为224nm。结果盐酸吡格列酮片在10~100μg/ml范围内线性良好;样品溶液至少在24h内稳定;精密度RSD=0.36%;最低检测限为0.08txg;平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.56%。结论将有机相中的乙腈换成甲醇,不但能够准确且便捷的测定出盐酸吡格列酮片的含量,还能节约成本,减少对人体健康的危害。

Abstract: | Objective To development simple, rapid, eeonomie and sensitive determination of piogli- tazone hydroehloride tablets methodology. Methods Methanol - water ( 80 : 20) as mobile phase, flow rate 1 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 224 nm. Methods Pioglitazone hydroehloride tablets in 10 - 100 μg/ml good linear range; The sample solution was stable for at least 24 h; precision RSD was 0. 36% ; minimum detection limit was 0. 08 μg; average recovery was 98.9%, RSD was 0. 56%. Conclusion Replace the organic phase of acetonitrile, methanol, not only accurate and convenient determination of the pioglitazone hydroehlo- ride tablets, but also save cost and reduce the harm to human health. |
