氟比洛芬酯用于腹部外科手术的镇痛效果与安全性评价

目的观察氟比洛芬酯对腹部外科手术的镇痛效果,评价其安全性。方法选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级腹部外科手术患者80例,随机双盲分为实验组和对照组各40例。实验组术前、术毕时分别应用氟比洛芬酯注射液1 ml/kg缓慢静脉注射,术毕镇痛泵内应用芬太尼0.5 mg加生理盐水至100 ml。对照组术毕镇痛泵内应用芬太尼1 mg加生理盐水至100 ml。分别记录术后4、8、12、24小时的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、不良反应及芬太尼的用量。结果术后4、8、12小时实验组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P0.05),术后24小时无显著性差异,芬太尼用量实验组明显少于对照组(P0.05),自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)按压次数及不良反应无显著性差异。结论氟比洛芬酯注射液超前镇痛对腹部手术术后镇痛效果确切,减少了芬太尼的用量,不良反应发生率少。

Analgesic effect and safety evaluation of Flurbiprofen Axetil injection in abdominal surgery

Objective To observe the analgesic effect and safety evaluation of Flurbiprofen Axetil injection in abdominal surgery.Methods Eighty ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ level patients underwent abdominal surgery were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Experimental group was applied Flurbiprofen Axetil injection 1 ml / kg through slow intravenous injection before and during surgery.Both the two groups were applied Fentanyl 0.5mg plus normal saline solution till 100 ml in analgesia pump after surgery.Visual simulation scale（VAS）,side effects and the amount of Fentanyl 4,8,12 and 24 hours after surgery were recorded.Results The VAS score 4,8 and 12 hours after surgery in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group（P 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS score 24 hours after surgery（P 0.05）.The consumption of Fentanyl in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group（P 0.05）.There were no significant differences between the two groups in patient-controlled infravenous analgesia（PCIA） pressing times and side effects（P 0.05）.Conclusion Preemptive analgesia with Flurbiprofen Axetil injection has exact effect of analgesia after abdominal surgery,for its low consumption of Fentanyl and small incidence of side effects.
