HPLC测定羟基喜树碱及其注射液的含量

 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定羟基喜树碱及其注射液的含量。方法：用YWG-C₁₈色谱柱，甲醇-水（60∶40）为流动相，以倍他米松为内标，检测波长为246nm。结果：以峰面积计算，羟基喜树碱在1．8μg·ml^－1～9．0μg·ml^－1浓度范围内呈良好线性（r＝0．9998），平均回收率为100．7％，RSD为1．4％。结论：本法专属性强，操作方便，结果准确。

Quantitative analysis of hydroxycamptothecinum and its injection by HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To quantitatively analyze hydroxycamptothecinum and its injection by HPLC method. METHOD: The chromatographic conditions included column YWG-C₁₈, mobile phase of methanol-water (60∶40) and detector UV 246 nm. Internal standard was betamethasone. RESULTS: The results were calculated by measuring the area. There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.8 μg·ml^-1～9.0 μg·ml^-1 of hydroxycamptothecinum (r=0.999 8). The average recovey and RSD were 100.7% and 1.4%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
