深圳市民艾滋病知识的调查

目的 了解深圳市民的艾滋病知识本底,明确现阶段应重点注意的宣传对象、宣传内容。方法 采用多阶段整群抽样和配额抽样相结合的方法,对深圳市1 320名居民进行入户问卷调查。结果艾滋病综合知识知晓率67.8％。其中对3个主要传播途径的知晓率为83.0％-91.1％,其它相关知识的知晓率悬殊很大(7.2％～77.3％)。文化程度、户籍、年龄、区属等因素影响艾滋病知识水平。结论 深圳市艾滋病知识宣传教育工作应向20岁以下的年轻人、暂住人口、工人和无业者、女性倾斜;宣传教育的内容、角度需要调整。提高全民文化素质是预防艾滋病的根本措施。

Study on AIDS Knowledge, Attitude, Behavior and Practice among Shenzhen Inhabitants

Objective To understand the level of AIDS knowledge among Shenzhen inhabitants and define"what"and "who"should be focused . Methods Random sample were obtained from the whole population by multiple stratified cluster and 1 320 objects were surveyed in their own homes by questionnaires. Results The rate of response about AIDS knowledge was 67.8 % -In these responses the rate of knowing the three main transmitting routes of AIDS was from 83.0% to 91.1 %, but those about other knowledge of AIDS were only from 7.2 to 77.3 % . Levels of AIDS knowledge were influenced by some social factors including, among other things, inhabitant' s education level, local residence status, occupation, sex and age. Conclusion Education about AIDS in Shenzhen need to be strengthened, especially among the young people within 15 - 19 age group, non-permanent residents, workers, females and the unemployed, and its contents should be adjusted. The primary interventions to prevent AIDS should aim to improving cultural quality of the whole people.
