| 摘 要： | 〔目的〕了解深圳湾口岸甲型H1N1流感染疫嫌疑人咽拭子样本采集情况,分析影响检测结果的因素,探讨如何进一步提高样本阳性检出率,为今后口岸疫情防控工作提供参考。〔方法〕对2009年5—7月份从深圳湾口岸入境的789例甲型H1N1流感染疫嫌疑人的流行病学调查、现场医学检查、咽拭子样本采集及实验室检测等情况进行统计分析。〔结果〕流行病学调查因素及专业体格检查情况对咽拭子样本阳性检出率影响较大。〔结论〕准确、全面的流行病学调查,结合专业、细致的医学检查,规范的样本采集,科学的检测手段有助于提高样本阳性检出率。
