96例35～60岁年龄段工人慢性牙周炎的病变特征

目的 探讨96例35～60岁年龄段工人慢性牙周炎的病变特征.方法 常规方法检查受检者的牙龈,牙周探针探诊牙周袋的深度、附着丧失程度,X射线片观测牙槽骨吸收与根长度的比例,牙松动度,根分叉的病变.然后采用聚类分析方法,分析慢性牙周炎病变程度.结果 在聚类分析中,初始类中心经迭代后,各最终类中心都有变化.以广泛型、轻度患者较多见,男性病例较多.结论 各病例之间病变程度差别较大,应结合每个人的实际情况,制定相应的防治措施.

Pathologic characteristics of chronic periodontitis among 96 workers with age 35 ～ 60

Objective To understand the features of chronic periodontitis among 35 - 60 aged workers. Methods The gingiva was examined regularly, the depth of periodontal-pocket and loss of attached gingiva were examined with periodontal probe; the absorption of alveolar bone and the ratio to the dental root length, dental mobility as well as furcation leisions were checked with X ray examination. The Cluster analysis was used to show the leision-severity of the chronic periodontitis. Results The cluster analysis showed that the periodontal leision was more frequent in male workers and generalized and mild type was often seen. Conclusion The variance of leision severity was significant among diffirent cases, so the preventive and control measures should be given individually.
