珠海市5~6岁儿童感觉统合失调的调查分析

摘    要:目的 :分析珠海市 5~ 6岁儿童感觉统合失调现状及其影响因素。方法 :以珠海市城区 92 7名 5~ 6岁儿童为研究对象 ,采用儿童感觉统合能力评定量表及家长问卷进行评估和调查。结果 :珠海市 5~ 6岁儿童感觉统合总失调率为 15 .10 % ,轻度失调率 10 .4 6 % ,重度失调率为 4 .6 4 % ,各项因子失调率在 4 .2 1%~ 12 .30 %之间 ;总感觉统合失调率男童 ( 17.5 6 % )显著高于女童 ( 12 .4 2 % ) (χ2 =4 .78,P<0 .0 5 ) ;早产、低体重、围产期疾病组感觉统合失调率显著高于正常组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;保姆或其他人照顾组感觉统合失调率显著高于其它组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;围产期疾病、早产、照顾类型和性别是影响儿童感觉统合失调总分的主要危险因子。结论 :儿童感觉统合失调受生物和社会因素共同影响 ,对其防治应采取综合性措施

Abstract:Objective:To study the occurrence conditions of sensory integration dysfunction (SID) among preschool child and their contributing factors Methods:927 preschool children ,aged 5~6 years, in Urban Zhuhai were investigated with the child sensory development check table and questionnaire Results:The prevalence rate of both mild and serious SID was 15 1% The prevalence of mild SID was 10 46%, and that of serious case was 4 64% The various kinds prevalence of SID rate was between 4 21%~12 30% Male child SID rate was higher than that of female child ( P <0 05) obviously The SID rate were significantly higher among children of preterm infant ,low birth weight ,some perinatal disease,the main care style Multiple regression analysis showed that low birth weight ,some perinatal disease,the main care style and sex were the risk factors Conclusion: Both organic factors and soclal factors effect the child sensory integration dysfunctin
