骨康对去势大鼠脑、肝组织中微量元素的影响

摘    要:为中药骨康口服液对去势大鼠脑、肝组织中微量元素的影响。将50只11个月龄雄性大鼠去势3个月后,随机分成空白对照组、模型组、骨康治疗组、尼尔雌醇治疗组4组。治疗3个月后将所有大鼠处死,分别取出脑、肝组织检测Cu,Mn,Zn,Sr,Fe,Cd,B,Cr,Co,V,Mo等微量元素的变化。结果与空白对照组比较,骨康治疗组去势大鼠的肝中Cu,Zn,Sr,Fe,Cr,V等微量元素的含量提高(P<0.01);尼尔雌醇治疗组肝中Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe等微量元素的含量有提高(P<0.01),但Sr,Cr,V,Mo的含量较模型组下降(P<0.01)。研究表明,骨康在防治骨质疏松症的发生过程中,对内脏中微量元素具有调节作用,骨康通过调节机体内环境微量元素的平衡,促使矿物质在骨中的沉积,进而发挥防治骨质疏松症的作用。

Abstract:The objective of the paper is to study the influence of "GUKANG" (GK, an internally-applied TCD Liquid for Bone Rehabilitation) on trace elements in brain and liver tissues of ovariectomized rats. Fifty female rats aged 11 months and ovariectomized three months ago were randomly divided into four groups: the blank control, the model, the GK-treated and the Nilestriol-treated. Three months after the treatment, the rats were killed, the brain and liver tissues were taken, and the changes of the trace elements, such as Cu, Mn, Zn, Sr, Fe, Cd, B, Cr, Co, V, Mo, etc were determined. The results showed that compared with the blank control, the contents of Cu, Zn, Sr, Fe, Cr, V, etc in the liver of the GK-treated group ascended (P < 0.01); and so did the contents of Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe, etc in the liver of the Nilestriol-treated group (P < 0.01) but the contents of Sr, Cr, V, and Mo descended in comparison with the model group (P < 0.01). The study suggested that in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, GK functions to regulate the trace elements in the viscera and to take an effect in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis through regulating the balance of trace elements in the internal environment of the body and stimulating the mineral deposition in the bone.
