护士岗位管理结合APN排班模式在妇科病房中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨实行护士岗位管理结合APN连续排班模式在妇科病房中的应用效果.方法 对妇科病房实施传统排班责任制护理模式(对照组)和实行岗位管理结合APN连续排班模式(实验组)进行对比研究.结果 实行岗位管理结合APN连续排班模式后病房护士对患者病情掌握程度、各项操作技能与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;健康教育、基础护理、护理文件、病房管理、护理缺陷等各项护理工作质量较实施前显著提高,P〈0.05;患者满意度明显提高,P〈0.05.结论 实行岗位管理结合APN连续排班模式,体现了护理工作的无缝隙衔接,满足患者的护理需求,提升了护士专业技能.

Abstract:Objective To probe into the effects of the application of the APN shift model to the nurse position manage- ment in gynaecological wards. Methods We compared the effects of the conventional primary nursing ( the control group) and the APN shift model( the test group) on the nurse position management in gynaecologieal wards. Results After the application of the APN shift model to the nurse position management, there existed a significant difference in the nurses' understanding of the patients' situation and their operational skills in terms of the patients' satisfaction( P 〈 0. 05 ) ;there was remarkable improvement in the quality of such nursing areas as health education, basic nursing, nursing documentation, ward management and nursing de- ficiency( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the satisfaction of the patients substantially improved( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The implementation of the APN shift model in nurse position management represented the seamless connection of nursing jobs, met the nursing needs of the patients, improved the skills of the nurses.
