| 摘 要： | 目的:观察骨痹效灵汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效,对其安全性做客观评价.方法:膝关节骨性关节炎患者50例,随机分成治疗组30例和对照组20例.治疗组给予骨痹效灵汤,2次/d,口服;对照组口服步长祛风止痛胶囊,均以4周为1个疗程.结果:治疗组总有效率86.6%,对照组为66.1%.2组临床疗效有显著性差异(P＜0.05...

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effects of GuBi XiaoLingTang in treatment of knee osteoarthritis and evaluate the safety objectively.Method：50 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomized into 30 as treatment group and 20 as control group.Treatment group were given GuBi XiaoLingTang orally,2 times/d.Control group were treated with BuChang QuFeng TongLuo capsule orally.A course of treatment is 4 weeks.Result：Total effective rate of treatment group was 86.6%,higher than 66.1% of control group with significant difference（P0.05）.There were significant differences in tenderness evaluation and knee joint pain evaluation of two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：GuBi XiaoLingTang in treating knee osteoarthritis can reach definite clinical effects without obvious side effects and toxicity,which is worth further promoting in clinics. |
