Clinical Observation on Oral Medication Combined with Microwave Therapy in Treating 230 Cases of Cervical erosion

Objective：To explore efficacy of oral medication combined with microwave therapy in treating cervical erosion.Method：460 cases of cervical erosion were selected randomly in patient＇s visit order and divided into two groups,230 cases as therapeutic group treated with oral medication combined with microwave therapy,230 others as control group with only microwave therapy,while results of efficacy were observed.Result：There were no differences observed for mild erosion between two groups,but for middle or severe erosion total effective rate in therapeutic group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.By comparing adverse reaction of both groups,the great distinction were gained such as vaginal discharge：6.52%in therapeutic group,100% in control group,crustal bleeding：3.48%,in therapeutic group 20.43%in control group,stenosis of endocervial canal：1.30% in therapeutic group,13.48%in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The microwave therapy combined with Chinese herb with action of clearing heat and dampness and promoting blood stasis,have advantages of relieving adverse reaction and patient＇s suffering.
