医疗机构人事档案管理现状及整改措施

针对医疗机构接收的毕业生档案管理工作中存在对学生档案管理的重要性认识不够;管理力量薄弱,管理水平不高,管理手段落后;档案材料不完整,档案移交不及时等问题,应提高认识、加强档案管理人才队伍建设、强化档案工作的基础建设、完善管理制度。
