| 摘 要： | 目的 制订芪花生肌胶囊的质量控制方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对芪花生肌胶囊方中当归、金银花进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法( HPLC)测定芪花生肌胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量.结果 TLC鉴别方法专属性强；黄芪甲苷线性范围为0.996 ～9.960 μg(r =0.999 8),平均回收率为97.90％,RSD为1.77...

| Abstract: | Objective To consummate a method for quality control of Qihua shengji Capsule.Methods TLC was used for the identification of Angelica sinensis and Lonicera japonica,and HPLC was used for the determination of astragaloside in Qihua shengji Capsule.Results The TLC identification method was highly specific and the spots were clear.The linear range of astragaloside was from 0.996 to 9.960 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of astragaloside was 97.9%,RSD was 1.77%(n=6).Conclusion The method is easy to operate with accurate results,high sensitivity and good reproducibility.The quality standard can effectively control the quality of Qihua shengji Capsule. |
