| 摘 要： | 目的比较服用环孢素、他克莫司(免疫抑制剂)对肾移植患者的健康相关生存质量的影响。方法228例门诊肾移植患者分成环孢素组(141例)和他克莫司组(87例),用SF-36量表,评价与健康相关的生存质量。结果在肾移植术后6个月内,他克莫司组较环孢素组在精神健康维度得分高,2组比较有明显差异(74.29±20.35)vs(63.95±18.13)(P<0.05);移植后>6个月,2组在生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康上比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论环孢素、他克莫司对肾移植患者生理和社会健康上的影响无显著性差异,他克莫司对肾移植患者的精神健康有较高影响。
