| 摘 要： | 目的：评价宫颈细胞学诊断不能明确意义的不典型鳞状上皮细胞（ASC—US）的临床意义。方法：分析2006年在本院行宫颈细胞学检查，按照TBS标准，3166例患者中诊断ASC—US202例，随访146例患者的复查宫颈涂片及阴道镜＋活检结果分析。结果：诊断ASC—US并得到随访治疗的146例患者中，诊断慢性宫颈炎101例占69．18％，病理学最终诊断SIL44例占30．14％（其中LSIL39例占26．71％，HSIL5例占3．42％），低分化鳞癌1例占0．68％。结论：宫颈细胞学诊断ASC—US的患者根据实验室形态学指导临床上进行进一步处理是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate clinical significance of cervical cytology for atypical squamous cells of undetermined signi fication(ASC-US).Methods:202 ASC-US of 3166 cases texed in our hospital in 2006 were detected by cervical cytology,146 of which were followed up and performed repeated cervical smear or colposecopical biopsy examination.Results:Follow-up results showed that in(in146 of 202 ASCUS cases) were diagnosed 101cascs of chronic cervical inflammation(69.18%),intraepithelial lesion(ISL)in 44 cases including 39 low-grade intraepithelial lesion(LISL)and 5 HISL,and poorly differentiated squamous carcinoma in 1 case.Conclusion:cervical cytology in diagnosis and further management of ASC-US is feasible. |
