精神分裂症认知功能障碍有关因素临床分析

目的:分析精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍的临床特点及相关因素.方法:调查242例患者的病程特点,用药情况,精神症状严重度及其父母文化,职业等19种可能因素,用Logisti回归分析法进行研究.结果:16.12%患者有认知功能障碍,与其文化程度和职业层次较低,住院时间较长,阴性和阳性精神症状较严惩及阳性精神病变家族史等因素密切相关,结论:认知功能障碍是在多种因素作用下引起的一组神经心理功能损害.

Clinic Analysis of the Multiple Factores of Cognitional Disturbance in Schizophrenia

Objective To analyse some factores concerning the characteristics of the cognitonal disturbance in schizophrenia.Methods 242 cases were examind about their course of disease,pharmacologic therapy,level of mental symptoms,culture and occupation of their parents etc using logistic Regression.Results There are 16.12% of cases with cognitional disturbance,related to the low level of their cluture,occupation,long term admission,serious negative and positive mental symptoms and positive family history.Conclusion Cognitional disturbance in Schizophrenia may be caused by multiple factors,which is a group of neuropsychological disturbance.
