重症胰腺炎临床表现及治疗

目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床表现及治疗。方法回顾性分析2003年～2008年我科收治的重症急性胰腺炎21例患者的治疗资料。结果21例中治愈18例,死亡3例,病死率14.2%。结论重症急性胰腺炎病死率与胰腺炎的严重性有显著相关性,应根据病情而选择治疗方案,手术时机是重要影响因素。

Clinical Manifestations and Treatment of 21 Cases with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the clinical manifestations and proper methods in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods The data on the treatment of 21 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from 2003 to 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. Results Conservative treatment was adopted in 11 patients, 10 patients underwent surgical treatment.Among them,18 recovered, and 3 died, the overall mortality was 14.5%. Conclusion The mortality rate of SAP is closely related to severity of pancreatitis. The treat ment options should be based on the patients' diseases, which the laparotomy timing is an important influential factor.
