电子喉镜监控下经皮穿刺注射平阳霉素治疗咽喉部血管瘤

目的探索咽喉部血管瘤的微创疗法。方法局麻下采用电子喉镜监控,经舌甲膜穿刺注射平阳霉素治疗咽喉部血管瘤31例。结果最多注射10次,最少注射2次,平均5.5次,治愈26例(83.89%),好转4例(12.90%),无效1例(3.23%)。2例患者出现短暂发热,其余病例无并发症发生。结论电子喉镜监控下经皮穿刺注射平阳霉素治疗咽喉部血管瘤是一种操作方便、安全的微创手术,具有推广价值。

Pingyangmycin treatment for pharyngeal and laryngeal cavernous hemangioma by percutaneous puncture under electrolaryngoscope supervison

[Objective] To investigate the new minimal therapeutics for the pharyngeal and laryngeal hemangiomas. [Methods] Supervised by the electrolaryngoscope under the local anesthesia, 32 cases of hemangiomas were repeatedly injected Pingyangmycin by the hyoidthyroid membrane puncture. [Results] The injections were 10 times at most and 2 times at least, and the average was 5.5 times. 26 cases (83.89%) were cured, 4 (12.90%) were improved and 1(3.23%) was inefficient after injections. All patients had no serious complications except 2 had transient fever. [Conclusion] The intralaryngeal Pingyangmycin injection supervised by the electrolaryngoscope is a convenient and secure minimal invasive surgery, which is worthy of being clinically spreaded.
