| 摘 要： | 研究半张注射液（半张液）细菌内毒素检查（BET）的干扰试验，以便建立用BET代替热原检查（PT）。方法：按1995年版中国药典附录76页“细菌内毒素检查法”操作。结果：样品采用灵敏度0．25EU·ml-1的鲎试剂或特异性鲎试剂经干扰试验无抑制增强作用。结论：本实验具有准确性，可靠性，适合半张液的检查。

| Abstract: | To establish a methed for Bacteria Endotoxin Test(BET) instead of the Pyrogen Test(PT) through thestudy of BET for glucose(5%) and wsodium chloride (o. 45%) injection. METHODS: Acoording the methed of BET appendix page76, the pharmacopoeia of china (1995). RESULTS: Using sensitivity o. 25 EU' ml-1 tachypleus ameboyte lysate for endotoxin detection or tachypleus ameboyte lysate ES-Test for interfere test, there is no inhibition or enhancement action. CONCLUSTIONS: Themethed is accurate and believable and suitable for the BET of glucase(5%) and whiurn chloride (o. 45 % ) injection. |
