摘    要:目的:测定补肾中药及中成药中微量元素锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)的含量。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(AAS)进行测定。结果:13种补肾中药中微量元素的含量,Zn为9.6~104.4μg·g-1,Mn为9.8~267.3μg·g-1,Cu为3.95~33.8μg·g-1。以锁阳、杜仲为例,作了回收率试验,Zn、Mn、Cu的平均回收率为99.5~101.1%,RSD为0.73~2.41%。结论:补肾中药及中成药中Zn、Mn含量较高,Cu含量较低。初步认为补肾中药的补肾功效与其Zn、Mn的含量较高有关。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE :To determine the contents of Zn,Mn,Cu in chinese medicinal herbs drugs. METHODS :Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used. RESULTS :The contents of elements were Zn 9.6104.4 gg-1,Mn9.8267.3 gg-1,Cu3.9533.8 gg-1.The recovery was 99.5101.1%,RSD0.732.41%. CONCLUSIONS :In the herb drug for kidney,the contents of Zn and Mn were higher. The function of herb drugs kidney can be attributed to their relatively high content of Zn and Mn.
