| 摘 要： | 目的：测定补肾中药及中成药中微量元素锌（Ｚｎ）、锰（Ｍｎ）、铜（Ｃｕ）的含量。方法：采用火焰原子吸收光谱法（ＡＡＳ）进行测定。结果：１３种补肾中药中微量元素的含量，Ｚｎ为９．６～１０４．４μｇ·ｇ－１，Ｍｎ为９．８～２６７．３μｇ·ｇ－１，Ｃｕ为３．９５～３３．８μｇ·ｇ－１。以锁阳、杜仲为例，作了回收率试验，Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｕ的平均回收率为９９．５～１０１．１％，ＲＳＤ为０．７３～２．４１％。结论：补肾中药及中成药中Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ含量较高，Ｃｕ含量较低。初步认为补肾中药的补肾功效与其Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ的含量较高有关。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE :To determine the contents of Zn,Mn,Cu in chinese medicinal herbs drugs. METHODS :Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used. RESULTS :The contents of elements were Zn 9.6104.4 gg-1,Mn9.8267.3 gg-1,Cu3.9533.8 gg-1.The recovery was 99.5101.1%,RSD0.732.41%. CONCLUSIONS :In the herb drug for kidney,the contents of Zn and Mn were higher. The function of herb drugs kidney can be attributed to their relatively high content of Zn and Mn. |
