复方土霉素甘油辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效观察

目的观察复方土霉素甘油辅助治疗牙周炎的临床疗效.方法采用口内自身对照研究方法,选择50名牙周炎病人共200个牙周袋分为复方土霉素甘油实验组和对照组.实验组患牙行洁治、刮治、根面平整后,龈下辅助给予复方土霉素甘油,对照组仅作洁治、刮治、根面平整,观察两组患牙的牙周临床指标（PLI、SBI、PD、AL、MD）和龈下菌斑螺旋体构成比的动态变化.结果两组患牙各临床指标在治疗后1周和4周差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后4周实验组各项指标与治疗后1周相比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论慢性牙周炎在基础治疗后,龈下局部应用复方土霉素甘油辅助治疗可取得较好的疗效.

Curative Effect of Compound Tetramycin Glycerin as Adjunctive Treatment on Chronic Periodontitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of local application of compound tetramycin glycerin as adjunctive treatment on chronic periodontitis.Methods Fifty patients with periodontitis,including two hundred periodontal pockets,were devided into the test group and the control group randomly.All patients were treated with full mouth SRP,in addition,compound tetramycin glycerin was adiministered subgingivally to patients in the test group every week for 4 weeks.The changes of clinical indices（PLI,SBI,PD,AL,MD）and the percentage of spirochaetes in subgingival plaque were monitored.Results All indices of patients in both groups were improved obviously after treatment.However,PD,AL,MD and the percentage of spirochaetes in subgingival plaque of patients in the control group at the 4th week after treatment had no obvious difference with those at the 1rst week after treatment.Conclusion On the basis of periodontal basic treatment,local application of compound tetramycin glycerin as adjunctive treatment of periodontitis is more effective for chronic periodontitis than scaling and root planning alone.
