脑脂肪栓塞综合征早期诊断和预后

目的探讨脑脂肪栓塞早期诊断与预后的关系.方法回顾性地分析了3院9年来脑脂肪栓塞的病人8例,就其临床特征、神经影象学改变及预后进行了探讨.结果8例患者均有不同程度的神经系统受损的症状及体征,头颅CT检查在不同时期均未发现异常改变,4例患者头颅MRI可见长T1,T2改变.6例完全康复,2例死于并发症.结论脑脂肪栓塞早期治疗与预后明显相关,头颅MRI检查可能是最为敏感的检测手段.
