电磁影像导航在鼻内镜手术中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨电磁影像导航在鼻内镜外科手术中的应用。方法 回顾分析16例慢性鼻窦炎手术患者,所有病例在美国InstaTrak ENTrak 3000电磁影像导航系统及国产鼻内镜下实施手术。结果 电磁影像导航术前准备时间平均为10min。平均误差为1mm,16例患者全部手术顺利完成,无1例手术并发症出现。结论 与光学导航相比,电磁导航更为简单方便。无光信号阻挡,戴定位头架可实现自动注册,电磁影像导航下鼻内镜手术具有显著的优越性,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application and characteristics of electromagnetic Image-guided technique-assisted nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods To respectively analyze 16 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis, All the patients underwent InstaTrak ENTrak 3000 electromagnetic image-guided system-assisted nasal endoscopic surgery. Results All the patients were successfully operat- ed with electromagnetic image-guided nasal endoscopic surgery and no complications occured ,The average preoperative preparation time was 10 minutes and the average error was I mm, Conclusion Electromagnetic navigation is more convenient and no blockage of optical signal compared with optical navigation, Automatic registration can be achieved with its head frame. Electromagnetic imaging navigation- assisted Nasal endoscopic surgery has significant advantages and deserves propagation.
