| 摘 要： | 目的 筛选治疗儿童慢性上颌窦炎的有效药物。方法 826例慢性上颌窦炎患儿分为治疗组和对照组，观察比较鼻渊舒口服液对儿童慢性上颌窦炎的疗效。结果 治疗组显效率85％，显著高于对照组显效率69％。结论 鼻渊舒口服液是治疗儿童慢性上颌窦炎较为有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To screen effective drugs for the treatment of chronic maxillary si- nusitis in children. Methods 826children with chronic maxillary sinusitis were divided into treating group (562 cases) and controlloinggroup (264 cases). The cases in treating group were treated with Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid (NROL) and those in controlling group were treated with a classic combined therapy. Results The significantly effective rate is 85% in treat- ing group, significantly higher than that in controlling group 69%. Conclusion NROL is effec- tive for the treatment of choronic maxillary sinusitis in children. |
