| 摘 要： | 脑卒中患者合并尿失禁多见急迫性尿失禁，通过电针次Ｌｉａｏ、会阳、肾俞、三阴交、有效改善临床症状（治疗前后症状评分Ｐ〈０．０１），治疗前后尿流动力学检查提示逼尿肌压力、膀胱最大容积差异有非常显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０１），尿道闭合压力有显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０５），证实该组穴位通过改善逼尿肌功能和膀胱顺应性，从而治愈脑卒中后急迫性尿失禁。

| Abstract: | Electroacupuncture at Ciliao (BL32),Huiyang(BL35),Shenshu(BL23),Sanyinjiao(SP6)points in the patients of urinary incontinence after cerebrovascular accident could effectively improve clinical symptoms;Examination of urodynamics showed that there were significant differences in pubovesical muscle pressure and maximal volume of urinary bladder ( P <0 01) and the urethral closure pressure before and after treatment.It is indicated that the group of acupoints improve function of pubovesical muscle and compliance of urinary bladder,so as to cure urgent urinary incontinence. |
