摘    要:目的探讨CT和“C”形臂X光机引导下经皮椎体成形术的方法和优缺点。方法本组19例23个椎体,其中骨质疏松压缩骨折17例、脊柱转移瘤2例,CT和“C”形臂X光机引导下行经皮椎体成形术。结果术中操作顺利,注射骨水泥量2~7ml,平均3.8ml,术后24h骨质疏松压缩骨折患者疼痛缓解率88。2%,2例转移瘤患者腰背痛也明显减轻,术后未出现严重并发症。结论使用CT和“C”形臂X光机引导下行经皮椎体成形术是安全有效的临床治疗手段。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of computed tomography(CT)and C-arm X-ray guided to percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods 19 cases(total 23 vertebrae)including 17 cases osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures and 2 cases spinal metastatic tumors,which was operated by using of CT and C-arm X-ray guided percutaneous vertebroplasty.Results All cases were operated successfully,and the volume of bone cement injection in every vertebra was 2-7ml(mean 3.8ml).The rate of pain release was 93% in osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures cases and the two cases of spinal metastatic tumors also had obvious pain release after postoperative 24 h.And serious complications were not found in all cases.Conclusion Application of computer tomography and C-arm X-ray machine guided percutaneous vertebroplasty is a safe and effective clinical therapeutic method.
