参附注射液对家兔缺氧型心搏骤停-心肺复苏模型血清心肌肌钙蛋白T的影响

目的　探讨参附注射液 (SF)对家兔缺氧型心搏骤停 -心肺复苏 (CA -CPR)模型血清心肌肌钙蛋白T (cTnT)的影响。方法　普通家兔 30只 ,用夹闭气管法复制缺氧型CA -CPR模型 ,用随机数字表法随机分为SF组、纳洛酮组和生理盐水组 ,每组 10只。 3组在自主循环恢复后 8、 15、 2 2min分别静注SF、纳洛酮、生理盐水 ,并分时点检测血清cTnT值。结果　参附组cTnT值在复苏后 6 0、 12 0min明显低于生理盐水组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　SF对CPR期间cTnT的升高有明显的抑制作用。

Effects of Shenfu injection on cardiac troponin T during resuscitation of asphyxial cardiac arrest in rabbits

Objective To evaluate the effects of Shenfu(SF)injection on cardiac troponin T(cTnT)during resuscitation of asphyxial cardiac arrest in rabbits.Methods Sudden cardiac arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation model established by the method of clipping in thirty rabbits. They were divided into three groups:group A,rabbits injected with SF 8min,15min,22min after restoring from autonomic circulation;both group B and group C,rabbits injected with Nal or NS injection at the same time point,respecively.The restored circulation lasted 4 hours.The serum cTnT level was measured and the survive rate observed at 30min before experiment and 60min,120min after resuscitation.Results The levels of serum cTnT 60 min and 120 min after CPR was lower than in group A that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion There are acute cardiac muscle injuries after CA-CPR.SF injection doesn't have marked effect on the success rate of CPR and there are no significantly difference of survive rate after CPR.But SF injection can prevent the serum cTnT levels from increasing after circulation is restored.In other words SF injection can protect cardiac muscle from injury in rabbits after CPR
