原发性高血压患者血压晨峰与左室肥厚及心肌缺血的关系

目的 观察原发性高血压患者血压晨峰与左室肥厚及心肌缺血的关系.方法 选取2013年6月至2014年6月在长沙市第一医院住院的原发性高血压患者105例,同时行动态血压和24h动态心电图检查,并行心脏彩超检查.按照动态血压晨峰值分为晨峰组和对照组,分析血压晨峰与左室肥厚及心肌缺血的关系.结果 晨峰组左室肥厚发生率明显高于对照组（OR=1.897,95％CI 0.705～5.103）,晨峰组心肌缺血发生率明显高于对照组（OR=9.653,95％CI 1.178～79.135）.结论 血压晨峰与左室肥厚及心肌缺血密切相关.

The relationship between morning blood pressure surge and left ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial ischemia in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship between the morning blood pressure surge and the left ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial ischemia in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 105 patients with essential hypertension were observed by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring （ABPM） and 24 Hour Hoher （ECG） Monitoring, and all were detected by ultrasonic eleetrocardiograrn inspeetion. The 105 patients were divided into 2 groups： surge group and nonsurge group. The relationship between the morning blood pressure surge and left ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial ischemia were evaluated. Results The incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy in surge group was higher than that in nonsurge group （0R=1.897,95%CI 0.705-5.103）, the same to myocardial ischemia （0R=9.653,95%CI 1.178-79.135）. Conclusion The MBPS is significantly related to the incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial isehemia.
