摘    要:目的 观察增强型体外反搏(EECP)对代谢综合征(MS)患者血管功能与生化指标的影响.方法 选取MS患者50例,分为EECP组和对照组.EECP组给予EECP治疗,观察比较患者的体重指数、血压、血糖、血脂及血管弹性指标.结果 治疗后两组患者的血压均明显降低(83.3±4.9)mm Hg比(132.2±4.3)mm Hg,P<0.05];治疗后EECP组患者的空腹血糖与血清胰岛素明显下降,胰岛素敏感指数明显提高(-1.544±0.212)(P<0.05),血脂功能改善明显,甘油三酯显著降低(2.54±0.67)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高(1.12±0.15)mmol/L(P<0.05),血管舒张功能也有所改善.结论 增强型体外反搏能够改善血脂紊乱、胰岛素抵抗及血管内皮功能,是药物治疗的一种重要辅助治疗手段,具有良好的临床应用价值.

Observation of enhanced external counterpulsation on vascular function and biochemical indicators in metabolic syndrome patients

Abstract:Objective To investigate enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) on vascular function and biochemical indicators of metabolic syndrome (MS) patients. Methods 50 MS patients were selected and divided into 2 groups, EECP was used in test group, and EECP group has 30 cases with 14 males and 16 females, in the control group, 20 cases was included with 9 males and 11 females. The blood pressure (BP), blood surge, blood lipid and vessel function was observed and compared. Results After treatment, the blood pressure of both group became low obviously(83.3±4.9)mm Hg vs (132.2±4.3)mm Hg, P〈0.05]. And after treatment in EECP group, fasting blood glucose and serum insulin was significantly decreased (5.09±0.64)mmol/L vs (9.89±3.58)mmol/L], insulin sensitivity index was significantly increased(-1.544±0.212)(P〈0.05), blood lipid function indications such as triglycerides decreased significantly (2.54±0.67)mmol/L, high density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased signifi- cantly (1.12±0.15)mmol/L (P〈0.05), patients in group EECP vasodilation function also improved. Conclusion EECP is a effective way to treat MS patient and worth popularizing.
