| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨玻璃体视网膜手术中安全、有效的视网膜下液排液法，提高复杂性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法 先行巩膜外穿刺放液，后进行玻璃体视网膜手术，在气液交换过程中依据不同的裂孔采用不同的眼内排液法。结果 87例患者术中均成功排出视网膜下液；随访3个月以上，视网膜解剖复位者69例。结论 改良内外联合排液在玻璃体视网膜手术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离安全、有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a modified method for sate and more effective drainage of subretinal fluid during surgical reattaehing the complicated retinal detachment. Method At first, external drainage was performed after sclerostomy. Then, vitreous retinal surgery was done using different internal drainage site according to different site of retinal hole during gas-fluid exchang. Results Drainage of sub-retinal fluid was successful in 87 eases during operation, and reattachment retina was obtained in 69 patients after follow-up for 3 months. Conclusion Internal combined external drainage for complicated retinal detachment in vitreous retinal surgery is a safe and effective method. |
