早期肠内营养对严重腹部创伤术后的临床应用观察

目的探讨肠内营养在严重腹部创伤术后的应用价值。方法总结归纳我科1998年4月-2009年3月收治的24例严重腹部创伤患者的手术及肠内营养治疗过程等临床资料,并与本科18例肠外营养患者进行比较。结果24例患者均成活,所有患者均顺利完成肠内营养治疗计划。部分患者出现肠内营养治疗后并发症经相应处理后好转。各项指标均优于肠外营养组（P〈0．05）结论在手术挽救生命的同时,及早、合理地给予肠内营养支持,可有效地提高严重腹部创伤患者的治愈率并减少并发症。

Application of early enteral nutrition after severe abdominal trauma

Objective To investigate the enteral nutrition in severe abdominal trauma after the application value. Methods Summarized the clinical information of 24 cases of severe abdominal trauma surgery and enteral nutrition in our department in April 1998 -March 2,009.Results 24 patients have survived, all patients were successful completion of enteral nutrition treatment plan. Part of the patients have complications after enteral nutrition treatment,but all recovery after Corresponding treat. Conelusion life-saving surgery is essential.At the same time,early and reasonable enteral nutritional support can effectively improve the cure rate in patients with severe abdominal trauma and to reduce complications.
