重庆口岸首次聚集性输入登革热病例调查及处置分析

目的通过对重庆口岸首次聚集性输入性登革热疫情的分析和总结,为口岸防治输入性登革热提供参考。方法对疫情的发现、流行病学调查、标本采集、检测、处置以及和地方相关部门的联防联控等全过程进行分析总结,并对事件进行口岸公共卫生风险评估。结果检测采集的21份样本,其中8份登革热核酸阳性,结合临床症状确诊8例为登革热感染者,发病率为38.10%。结论此起疫情为重庆首次聚集性输入性登革热疫情。口岸应加强入境人员传染病监测工作,应加强对医务人员的培训,加强外环境整治及蚊媒的监测,防止输入性疫情的发生。

Investigation and epidemiology of a group of imported dengue fever at Chongqing port

Objective To investigate and analyze the situation of a group of imported dengue fever epidemic at Chongqing port, and to provide reference basis for the measurement of disease prevention and control. Methods Laboratory examination and epidemiological investigation were taken. The rapid detection and quantitative PCR were adopted. Results A total of 21 samples were collected. In which, 8 cases of dengue nucleic acid was positive, the incidence rate was 38110%. Conclusion This is a group of imported dengue fever. We should strengthen the training of medical personnel, the environmental remediation and monitoring of mosquitoes to prevent the occurrence of the input epidemic.
