溪黄草对代谢综合征患者血栓前状态及前炎性状态标志物的作用

目的探讨溪黄草对代谢综合征患者血栓前状态及前炎性状态标志物的作用。方法选择代谢综合征血栓前状态及前炎性状态标志物异常患者100例，按区组随机法分为两组．每组50例，男设健康对照组50名。Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组均用溪黄草5g加凉开水60mL，保持50℃～60℃浸泡1h后饮服，连服28d，1组每日服1次：Ⅱ组每日服2次，上下午各1次。Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别于治疗前1d、治疗后29d查内皮素（ET）、血管性假血友病因子（VwF）、血小扳α－颗粒膜蛋白（GMP－140）、D－二聚体（DD）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和肝肾功能，治疗后第7天、第14天、第21天查肝肾功能。观察比较各组ET、VwF、GMP-140、DD。结果Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组治疗前ET、VwF、GMP-140、DD及hs—CRP分别与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组治疗后ET、VwF、GMP-140、DD及hs—CRP较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．05），但组间治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论溪黄草可改善代谢综合征患者血栓前状态及前炎性状态.

Effect of Isodon. serra Kudo on the Markers of Prothrombotic State Pro - inflammatory State in Metabolic Syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of Isodon. serra Kudo（Xihuangcao herb） on the markers of prothrombotic state proinflammatory state in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods One hundred metabolic syndrome patients with the abnormal markers of prothrombotic state pro- inflammatory state were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group Ⅰ （group Ⅰ ,n=50） and treatment groupⅡ （groupⅡ ,n=50） drinked Isodon. Serra Kudo water,which is maded of Isodon. serra Kudo 5 g soaked in 50℃ to 60℃ dringking water 60 mL maintainingl hour, for 28 days（group Ⅰ qd, groups Ⅱ hid）. Fifty hcalthy individuals were chosen as healthy control group（group Ⅲ ） without treatment. The levels of plasma endothelin （ ET）, yon Willebrand factor （ vWF）, granule membrane glycoprotein - 140 （GMP - 140）, D dimer（DD） and high - sensitivity C - reactive protein（ hs - CRP） were detected in before treatment and 29th day after treatment. The levels cf plasma glutamicpyruvic transaminase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）and blood urea nitrogen（BUN）were detected in 7th day,14th day,and 21th day after treatment,respecitely. Results Compared with group Ⅲ, there were remarkable difference in the levels of EF, VwF, GMP - 140, DD and hs - CRP in groups Ⅰand Ⅱbefore treatment（P〈0. 01）. After treatment, the levels of ET, VwF,GMP - 140,DD and hs -CRP in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were decreased（P〈0.05）. While there were no remarkable difference between groups Ⅰ andⅡ （P〉0.05）. Corlclosion Isodon, serra Kudo cao improve prothrombotie state pro - inflammatory state in patients with metabolic syndrome.
