托拉塞米对慢性心力衰竭患者血液流变学指标的影响

目的利用无创血流动力学监测仪观察托拉塞米对慢性心力衰竭患者血液流变学参数的影响。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者80例，随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组给予托拉塞米，对照组给予安慰剂。两组治疗前后分别应用美国BioZ．Com无创血流动力学监测仪。选取7种血流动力学参数：心率（HR）、心输出量（CO）／心脏指数（CO／CI）、每搏输出量（SV）／每搏指数（SI）、速度指数（VI）、加速指数（ACI）、预射血期（PEP）、收缩时间比率（STR）做血流动力学定量评估。结果经4周托拉塞米治疗后，治疗组与对照组比较，心率减慢，心输出量／心脏指数、每搏输出量／每搏指数明显提高（P〈0．05），预射血期、收缩时间比率较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）。速度指数、加速指数改善无统计学意义。结论托拉塞米能有效改善心力衰竭患者的心功能。

Observation on Patient with Chronic Heart Failure Treated by Torasemide

Objective To observe the effect of torasemide on cardiac systolic function in patient with chronic heart failure（CHF） by using the noninvasive cardiodynamics monitor. Methods Eighty patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group treated by torasemide and control group received placebo for four weeks. The American BioZ. Corn Cardiodynamies Moni- tor was used before and after the treatment. To evaluate in quantification by seven parameters including heart rate（HR） ,cardiac output/index（CO/CI） ,stroke volume/index（SV/SI）, velocity index（ VI）, acceleration index（ACI）, pre - ejection period（PEP）, systolic time ratio（STR）. Results After the four weeks of treatment,compare with control group, HR,PEP,STR in treatment group were significantly decreased（P〈0.05） ;CO,CI,SV and SI in treatment group were significantly improved（P〈0.05） ;VI and ACI in treatment group were also improved,but there was no statistically significant. Conclusion Torasemide could improve the cardiac systolic function in patients with CHF.
