豁痰祛瘀通络法对急性缺血性中风患者预后的影响

目的探讨豁痰祛瘀通络法对急性缺血性中风患者预后的影响。方法选取66例急性缺血性中风辨证为痰瘀阻络型患者随机分为对照组（34例）和治疗组（32例）。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予豁痰祛瘀通络方法治疗，连续观察14d。比较两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分、NIHSS评分均降低（P〈0．01），且两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论豁痰祛瘀通络法对急性缺血性中风有明显疗效。

Effect of Eliminating Phlegm,Removing Blood - stasis and Activating Collateral Therapy on Prognosis of Acute lschemic Stroke Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of eliminating phlegm,removing blood - stasis and activating collateral therapy on prognosis of acute ischemic stroke. Methods Sixty - six patients with acute ischemic stroke and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome types of stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups： The control group（n= 34） treated with routine treatment and the treatment group（n= 32）treated with eliminating phlegm, removing blood- stasis and activating collateral therapy in the basis of routine treatment for 14 days. The scores of TCM symptom and NIH stroke scale（NIHSS）were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptom and NIHSS were decreased in two groups（P〈0.01）. The scores of TCM symptom and NIHSS in the treatment group were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The eliminating phlegm, removing blood - stasis and activating collateral therapy had an obvious effect on acute ischemic stroke patients.
