| Abstract: | Bladder leiomyomas are rare tumors. They very rarely present as a pelvic mass. We present an interesting case where a giant bladder leiomyoma was mistaken to be an ovarian mass. A bladder preserving surgery was performed. The literature is reviewed and the management is discussed. |
