| 超声对子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤伴肌腺症的疗效评价 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声检查对子宫动脉栓塞治疗术单纯子宫肌瘤和伴肌腺症的子宫肌瘤疗效评估中的价值。方法68例子宫肌瘤和伴肌腺症的子宫肌瘤患者分别在栓塞术前一周,术后1个月,6个月,12个月运用超声观察子宫和子宫肌瘤大小形态、内部回声及分布、血流动力学的改变。结果术后一月、六月、一年伴肌瘤的子宫平均体积缩小分别为43.11﹪、60.96﹪、70.64﹪;术后一月、六月、一年伴肌腺症和子宫肌瘤的子宫平均体积缩小分别为53.28﹪、65.74﹪、73.01﹪。其中以子宫伴肌腺症和子宫肌瘤的患者疗效明显,肌腺症肌层和肌瘤的血供较术前明显减少。结论超声在子宫动脉栓塞术治疗伴肌腺症和子宫肌瘤疗效的评价中有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose is to investigate the value of ultrasound in assessing uterine arterial embolization for the treatment of adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma. Methods Sixty-eight cases of adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma were observed by ultrasound before a week and follow up 1,6 and 12 months when the uterine arterial embolization has been taken. Results The volume of adenomyosis, Uterine and leiomyoma are all decreased. The most significantly decreased cases are those of adenomyomyosis and uterine leiomyoma. Conclusion Ultrasound pays in an important part in assessing the effect of the treatment of adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma underwent uterine arterial embolization. |
