摘    要:目的:探讨有氧运动对冠心病患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:60例平时不运动的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者被随机分为运动组(有氧运动+药物治疗)、药物治疗组(单纯药物治疗),另选30例正常人作为正常对照组。所有人在治疗前与治疗24周结束后,以酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清中CRP,以放射免疫法测定血清中TNF-α水平;并测定实验前后的体重。结果:治疗前药物对照组及运动组血清CRP、TNF—α水平明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.05~〈0.01)。治疗24周后运动组血清中CRP、TNF—α水平明显下降,且低于药物治疗组(P〈0.05),但仍明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.05);运动组病人体重明显低于药物治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论:有氧运动可以减轻冠心病患者的炎症反应,且伴有体重的减轻。

Abstract:To explore the effects of aerobic exercise on C--reactive protein (CRP) and Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)--α in coronary heart disease patients (CHD). Methods: Sixty stable CHD patients were randomly divided into two groups: aerobic exercise group (exercise group, participated in a 12--week aerobic exercise training and with drug treatment) ; drug treatment group (drug control group, only treated with drag). Another thirty health adults composed normal control group. Fasting blood samples were collected before treated and on 6 months after treated. CRP levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay; TNF-α levels were measured by radio-immunity. Results.. Before treatment, the CRP and TNF--α level were more than those of normal control group (P〈0. 05 -0.01) ; After 24 weeks treatment, the body weight, CRP and TNF--α levels in exercise group considerably reduced and less than those of drag control group (P〈0.05 all). Conclusion: Aerobic exercise training significantly decrease weight and exerts anti-inflammatory effects in patients with coronary heart disease.
