临床护理路径在COPD急性加重期患者护理中的应用研究

目的：探讨临床护理路径在呼吸性慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）急性加重期患者护理中的应用效果。方法：将120例确诊为COPD急性加重期的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用传统的护理模式,观察组实施临床护理路径进行护理。观察2组患者住院天数、医疗费用、健康知识掌握情况、并发症发生率及患者的满意度。结果：观察组患者平均住院天数、医疗费用、并发症发生率与对照组相比明显减少,健康知识掌握情况、满意度与对照组相比有明显提高。结论：临床护理路径在COPD急性加重期患者中的应用,可提高工作效率与患者的满意度,控制成本和保证护理质量。

Study of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Nursing of COPD Patients at Acute Worsening Period

Objective：To explore the function of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of COPD patients at acute worsening period. Method： 120 proved patients with COPD at acute worsening period were assigned into observation group and control group on average.Control group received the traditional nursing mode, observation group ac- cepted clinical nursing pathway. Days of hospitalization, medical costs, the condition of grasping healthy knowledge, complication rate and the satisfaction degree of patients were observed.Result：Average hospitalization days, medical costs and complication rate of observation group were obviously reduced than that of control group, while the condi- tions of grasping healthy knowledge and satisfaction degree of observation group were higher than that of control group.Conclusion：The application of clinical nursing pathway for COPD patients at acute worsening period can raise work efficiency and the patients＇ satisfaction, control the cost and guarantee the nursing quality.
