| 摘 要： | 目的:建立小儿解热中空栓中黄芩苷、绿原酸的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ODS-C18柱;流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:0.8 mL/min;检测波长:324 nm.结果:黄芩苷在0.04～0.32μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9997;平均回收率为98.60%,RSD=1.56%; 绿原酸在0.064～0.51 μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9998;平均回收率为98.30%,RSD=0.62%.结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于小儿解热中空栓的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish methods for determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in XiaoEr JieRe hollow suppository by HPLC.Method： High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was used.Chromatographic column： ODS-C18;mobile phase： methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid,gradient elution;flow rate： 0.8 mL/min;detective wavelength： 324nm.Result： The linear range of baicalin was 0.04～0.32μg（r=0.9997） and its average recovery rate was 98.60%,RSD=1.56%;the linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.064～0.51μg（r=0.9998） and its average recovery rate was 98.30%,RSD=0.62%.Conclusion： The method,simple and accurate,can be used for the quality control of XiaoEr JieRe hollow suppository. |
