摘    要:对医院来说,如何以病人为中心,构建医院内部医、药、护、技人员及各科室之间的有效沟通机制,以至达成紧密协作,是医院内涵建设的关键。从加强医院内部沟通管理的理论入手,并结合医院在医院文化建设、沟通技能培训、岗位代职轮转、优化诊疗流程、健全规章制度5个方面的具体实践,就怎样加强医院内部沟通管理进行论述,以探索构建医院内部沟通机制的可行性策略。

Abstract:It is important for a hospital to build a patient-centered communication mechanism and make effective communication between doctors,pharmacists,nurses,technical staffs and different departments.This paper firstly introduced the theory of hospital internal communication,and then discussed how to improve it from the practice of Jingling hospital in five aspects: hospital culture,communication skills training,job rotation,simplified treatment processes,rules and regulations improvement,to explore the feasibility of building communication mechanism in the hospital.
