37例卵巢功能低下月经不调患者的中医证型及相关因素分析

目的:了解卵巢功能低下月经不调患者的中医证型及相关因素,为预防卵巢早衰的中医治疗方案的制定提供参考依据.方法:对门诊收集的37例卵巢功能低下月经不调患者的相关资料进行整理分析,采用频数分析、秩和检验等方法进行统计处理.结果:37例卵巢功能低下月经不调患者的中医证型在月经异常的具体病症、孕产次数分布上的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),在月经初潮年龄、发病年龄、卵巢大小、病程长短分布上的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:本次调查的卵巢功能低下月经不调患者的发病诱因分布中,以特发性为多,其次为心理因素、医源性因素、免疫因素.中医证型与月经异常的具体病症、孕产次数无明显关系,与月经初潮年龄、发病年龄、卵巢大小、病程长短有明显关系.

Analysis of Relative Factors and Syndromes of TCM on 37 Patients with Irregular Menstruation Caused by Ovarian Hypofunction

Objective： To know relative factors and syndromes of TCM on patients with irregular menstruation caused by ovarian hypofunction to provide references for establishing treatment plan of TCM on preventing premature ovarian failure.Method： Relative data of 37 patients with irregular menstruation caused by ovarian hypofunction treated at out-patient department were sorted out and analyzed.All the statistics were processed with frequency analysis and rank test,etc.Result： There was no statistical meaning of the comparisons between times of pregnancy and specific disease of abnormal menstruation on the distribution of Syndromes of TCM of 37 patients with irregular menstruation caused by ovarian hypofunction（P〉0.05）.There were significant differences among the age of menarche,the age of onset,the size of ovary and the course of the disease on the distribution（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The results show that idiopathic type is the most among the inducing factors of irregular menstruation caused by ovarian hypofunction,the others are psychological factors,medical factors and immune factors.The syndrome of TCM was closely related to the age of menarche,the age of onset,the size of ovary and the course of the disease,but not to specific disease of abnormal menstruation,times of pregnancy.
