硅油取出术中眼内探查的意义

摘    要:目的:探讨硅油取出术中眼内探查的意义。方法:收集拟行硅油取出术,同时行眼内探查术的患者61例(61眼),观察手术前后患者视力及视网膜恢复情况。结果:术后矫正视力较术前改善(P<0.05)。53例因术前合并增生性玻璃体视网膜病变、并发性白内障、硅油乳化等在硅油取出术中对眼底进行探查及处理,并取出硅油,术后检查50例(82.0%)视网膜恢复良好,3例出现复发性视网膜脱离;8例因视网膜恢复不佳,术中行剥膜、激光、冷凝等处理,延期取出硅油。结论:硅油取出术中眼内探查可了解硅油填充眼的视网膜恢复情况,增加术前眼底检查不理想者硅油取出的可能性。

Abstract:Aim:To study the significance of intraocular exploration in silicone oil removal.Methods:A total of 61 silicone oil filled eyes that were going to perform silicone oil removal and exploration were collected.The visual acuity and situations of retinal reattachment before and after operation were observed.Results:The corrected visual acuity improved after operation(P<0.05).Fifty-three eyes with PVR,complicated cataract,or silicone emulsion were treated with the intraocular exploration and removal of silicone oil.Among the 53 eyes,50 had good retinal reattachment and 3 had recurrent retinal detachment.The other 8 eyes did not perform the silicone oil removal after the intraocular exploration,and were treated with peeling membrance,photocoagulation,or cryotherapy.Conclusion:Intraocular exploration could supply more information of the retina of the patient with silicone oil,and increase the possibility of silicone oil removal.
