复方红景天口含片抗应激作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察复方红景天口含片的抗疲劳作用和耐缺氧作用。方法:将50只小鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组,阳性对照组,复方红景天口含片高、中、低剂量组各10只。各组小鼠均灌胃给药,每天1次,连续给药7天。末次给药1小时后进行抗疲劳实验和耐缺氧实验。结果:复方红景天口含片高、中剂量组能延长小鼠疲劳转棒时间,与空白对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。复方红景天口含片高、中、低剂量均能延长小鼠在缺氧状态下的存活时间,与空白对照组相比,均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:复方红景天口含片能提高小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力,具有明显的抗应激作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects of FuFang HongJingTian tablets. Method: The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, positive control group, and high, medium and low dose group of FuFang HongJingTian tablets. All groups were intragastrically given the drugs for seven consecutive days, once per day. The experiments were conducted after one hour of last administration. Result: High and medium dose group of FuFang HongJingTian tablets can prolong the time of the mice on fatigue bar, showing statistical meaning (P〈0.05) when compared with control group. High, medium and low dose group ofFuFang HongJingTian tablets can prolong the survival time of mice under the anoxic condition, showing statistical meaning (P〈0.05) when compared with control group respectively. Conclusion: Fu Fang HongJingTian tablets can improve anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia ability of the mice, which has remarkable anti-stress function.
